Excel to XML

Can i convert my excel file to XML file. If yes then how
and from where i can get the source code or program for it.

Both Excel 2002 and 2003 provide the ability to save a workbook in XML
format, specifically the XML Spreadsheet (XMLSS) schema documented here:

No all parts of a workbook can be saved in this format, for instance, VBA
projects.

Office 2003 adds support for custom schemas. Here's an article describing
