I get the internet tool bars in Excel. My "customize" bar
will not highlight and I also get a window that tells me
that I am downloading a file each time I open an excel
spread sheet. Even though I enter the desired tool bars
from the "view tool bars" drop down; they will not stay.
I have used the detect and repair tool and reinstalled
office, this does not help.
