I am having trouble with adding the "insert column" and "insert row" toolbar command to toolbar. I can see it on my toolbar but it is greyed out. How do I activate it? I was able to successfully insert the "delete column" and "delete row" icons and they are in the active mode but can't figure out why the insert features are greyed out.
