excel updates record when saving a file

i migrated clients of my organization from old domain to new domain ... all
the department works fine ... but two users give complain that they have an
excel file and they have implemented formulas in that excel sheet ... but
when they update the value in a cell the formula dosent update the result ...
and when they save the file the formula update the result ... and again when
they update the value in a cell the formula dosent update the result ... and
when they save the file the formula update the result again ...

whats the problem ... i uninstall and reinstall the whole ms office but the
problem is same ...

any help ??????????????
