Excel / Vcard interchange?

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to import info from
excel in to a vcard? If so is there somewhere I could go
to find the field requirements.

that's for VCard 3.0, BTW. A quick Google found this for VCard 2.1

Hi Roger,

With the links that J.E. provided you will probably be able to construct an
Excel workbook in the proper way and use Save As to save the file as a
delimited text file. Then change the saved file's extension to .vcs
