Excel vs Python Question

Hi everyone,

Say you have an Excel data workbook that is used to run a mathematical
model written in an algebraic language. Is there a way to convert such
an Excel workbook into Python source that is still readable by the
algebraic modeler, should a necessity arise?

Please elaborate on this, if link is available please provide....
