Excel while on Kiosk Mode

I need to make an interactive presentation in kiosk mode. Is there any way I
can include an excel sheet that the user can change while set up as a kiosk?
As an option, is there any way I can take it off kiosk mode for one slide?

You could probably make a link to another presentation (not kiosk) and have
the excel slide in this.--
