Excel....with Word? or vice versa

Is it possible to have a Word file...or an Excel file, with these
properties.

A word doc (like word) but with tabs (like excel)?

Here's an example:

I have a document titled: Home Repair
tab 1 - "Roof" - I type out a page of info. "9/28/04 they came and
fixed the roof......cost 2k....they recommend....."
tab 2 - "Living Room" - page of info.....

I guess I could make the cell in Excel A1, REALLY big to hold the
text, but that would look weird.

That would work, but it would look weird if cell A1 has alot of text,
and no other cell does.

If I enlarge the size of the cell, it would look weird also.

Basically, I want tabs of different pages. (word docs, or notepads)
