EXCEL, word etc: DOES NOT ALLOW TO SAVE, ALTER FILES ETC

I reinstalled office and found that after I activated it, it wont allow
saving, altering etc.
- The activate line in help is stil visible, I tried activate again, without
success.
- The applications are all legal.
