How do you email one worksheet from a workbook?

If you need to send it as an attachment (as opposed to within the body
of the message) then you need to copy the sheet to a new workbook first.
Right click on Sheet tab>Move or Copy>Click Create Copy>To book>(new
book) as destination then save this workbook.
File>Send To>Mail Recipient(as attachment)
