Excel worksheet on a form

How do you place an Excel worksheet on a form and use it it like you had
directly loaded Excel?

From playing around, inserting an Excel object just seems to show a picture
of the worksheet that you can then open Excel.

Is there a way to have the Excel worksheet operate as normal on an Access
form?
