Is there anyway to override a protected worksheet? I have an old worksheet
that I need to access but do not have the password...

Google "EXcel Passwords" sans quotes and you'll get a list of password
removal utilities to select from. Some are freeware, others are shareware
and still others must be purchased. I've had luck with a number of shareware
utilities that I paid a nominal price for.

You use the term "worksheet".

Do you mean worksheet as one sheet in a workbook or worksheet as in "File"

Internal protection is easily cracked.

i.e. worksheet or workbook protection.

Password to open the file is much harder to crack, but doable.

See John McGimpsey's site for more on this and code to crack internal passwords.

If a password to open the file, do a 'net search for password cracker.
