how do I go about putting a footer on several worksheets at once?
K Kevin B Sep 29, 2006 #2 Click on the first sheet tab and shift click on the last worksheet tab and then click FILE and select PAGE SETUP. If the worksheets are not contiguous, use Ctrl + Click to select each of the worksheets you want to put the header in.
