Excel XP Print preview is no good

I have 2500 columns and about 3 or 400 comments with over a hundred text
wraps. I'm getting 3 extra columns on my print preview. I have 67 pages with
102 pages of print preview with the extra pages of 3 columns with nothing on
them. There are no Comments or data going into Column D because I'm only
using Columns A, B and C. I gave left adjustments to all the 3 cells. Any
idea what could be doing this?

I'm somewhat confused, Excel 2003 only permits 256 column in a
spreadsheet. Also did you set Print Area?

Thanks, I did, and I had more pages and then when I opened it up again I had
many cells hanging a couple of characters into the next cell (Cell D) I'm
only using Cells A, B & C. Is there any way I can get the get all the info
into the cells, like they do in Word with right alignment? What can I do
about the overhanging info into the next cell. I can not do a text wrap
because of my comments. It's just a couple of characters.

Have you tried page Setup? File, Page Setup

Then in Page tab select Scalling and click on FIT to item. Make 1 by 50
i.e. 1 page wide and 50 pages long/tall.

Preview before printing.

Hope this helps.

I can't say about Excel XP's comments.
