Going to "Tools", then "Protection>", "Protection" is grayed out, even on
blank, new workbooks. Tried repairing Office XP, no change. Tried
uninstalling and reinstalling, no change. SP3 installed. No recent changes to
system, hardware or software. It worked yesterday!
