excel xp2003 file: can it be red, shared and modified with xp2002

To the wiz of excel

I have created a monster file in excel : ) using excel xp
2003. Some of my users have excel xp 2002 version. Can
they read, share and modify my file simulteneously
without damaging the data / formulas.
