When I print a document in excel, the document prints with
the ABC across the top and the numbers 123 down the left
side. How do I omit them from printing on my document???

File > Page setup > Sheet tab, uncheck "Row and column headings".

Go to Tools=>Options=>View and de-select Row and Column headers
