By 'rows' do you mean 'lines' as in Cell Borders?

If so, you can either:

1) go to the menu and choose File | Page Setup, then on the Sheet tab of the
dialog box, check Gridlines, or
2) highlight the range of cells you want in your print range, then from the
menu choose Format | Cells and go to the Border tab and apply cell borders
the way you want them to appear

To make it much easier, there is a little button on the right of the tool
bar that you can add line, borders, etc with. No need to go hunting through
web menus when the solution is on the toolbar.

These techs always want to do things the hard way! LOL
