I have bought and downloaded an interactive mortgage calculator and cashflow
analyzer however I need excel to run it. Can someone please help me in
downloading the correct type of excel program to where it is not view only.

is it view only mode? I need to be able to actually use it. Where do I go
to order or purchase?
