Do you mean you want to move an entire row from one place to another? If so,
the easiest to understand way is:
Insert a row at the new location. Select the row you want to move, and
choose Edit Cut. Then select the first cell in the destination and chose
Edit-paste. Then return to the now blank original row and delete it.
