I just look down at the sheet number, which I've often renamed to something
that is more meaningful to me.
Or are you talking about a multi-page worksheet? If so, View - Page Break
Preview. Just remember, those page numbers can/will change depending on your
page setup.
There really isn't an option to display the page number you're working
on in Excel 2002 as you do in Word. I guess you could use View/Page
Break Preview to edit your workbook since it does show the page
numbers.
Now, Excel 2007 has a Page Layout view that will display your workbook
as it appears when printed and the current/total page is displayed in
the status bar as it does in Word so what you want is available in a
later version.

In Excel 2007 there are now no opportunities for two axis showing graphs - in
2003 this was in Custom chartes.
Is there any intention of provising these useful chart options???
