When i start excel a window pops-up and tells me that it has to update something. Then another window pops-up in front of the other and say that it can't find some files because Local Disk (G:) is missing. But Local Disk (G:)never existed in the first place. How can i fix this? Is the problem comingfrom the program or is it a virus?

Are you trying to open a file that has external references to drive
"G:" on someone else's computer?

Don't think so. The window pops-up everytime i open a file, doesn't matter from where it came. Even when i open a new Excel document it shows me that problem.

In this case you should post the *exact message contents* for all
popups!
