How do I convert information from an Excel spreadsheeet to make labels for
mailing purpose by using the Excel spreadsheet

For starters, you might ask your question in an Excel newsgroup. This
newsgroup is for MS Access, a relational database product.

That said,
Even though Excel has no lable functionality, don't convert. I would do
lables in MS Word with Mail Merge, using the Excel worksheet at the database.
