Dear Pat
click in the cell directly below and left of where you
want to have the cells above frozen, then click on the
Window menu and select freeze panes. As an example if you
clicked in A5 and froze the panes, everything in rows 1
through 4 would remain visible as you scrolled down
through the rest of the work sheet. Hope this helps
