excel2000 and sending as attachment

in either word or excel when i try to send to recipient as
attachment or mail recipient only the Internet connetion
wizard pops up.

we have our outlook clients configured for mail delivery
to their workstations PST. from exchange server

Try opening Internet Explorer, go to Tools-Internet options, Choose the
Programs tab and make sure Outlook is listed as the email program. If it IS,
and it still gives the internet connection wizard, then you may have to
reinstall Outlook.
