[excel2003] Compare two rows

Hello,

I would like to compare two rows if the value of row 1 is in row 2.
I have used several functions but without succes. Hope someone here can help
me to fix this problem.

Maybe this will help:

If you want to find a match in row for number in row 2, then in row 3 type
the formula =MATCH(A1,2:2,0) and copy it along for as many cells as you
want.. It tells you where the match is, if one exists, or shows #N/A if no
match exists
The 0 at the end is: match_type is 0, MATCH finds the first value that is
exactly equal to lookup_value. Lookup_array can be in any order.
