Excell 2007

I have documents on my desktop and in my documents when i double click these
excell opens but the document does not open
but if i double click the document again the document opens fine
this is happening on all docs

the link is for excell 2003 not 2007 as there is no tool-options in 2007

Same setting, just in a different place. Click on the Office icon in the top
left corner, then click on the Excel Options button. I don't have Excel
2007, so I can't give you more precise directions. But you'd be better off
following up in an Excel-specific newsgroup for this.
