Excell chart labels - alternates only

Created a project planning spreadsheet with tasks, start dates, durations, etc. Then created a Gantt chart in another worksheet (tab) with task descriptions on the left, a stacked bar chart with start dates invisible and durations visible. When moved from the originating PC to a Mac for the sponsor, only the alternate task descriptions on the y-axis display. They all display on the PC. This is important for deployment.
