except export/import, how can I retain old users mail content

If I have changed my login account, how can I retain all
my old e-mail content since it will launch a new Outlook
profile according to my new login account. I need to
change with many login IDs, it is posssible to change the
login profile instead of import or export so that I can
continue to use all my old content within outlook? How can
I change the settings, please advise.. Thx a lots...

You'd need to put the .PST file in a place that's accessible to all the
Windows profiles, and then point each login's Outlook profile to that
..PST file.
