Exception Error on Exit of Visio 2002 SR2

Every time I exit (normally) Visio 2002 SR 2, I get an
exception error. Is there a reason for this and how can
I correct it?


The Error Signature is:

AppName: visio.exe AppVer: 10.0.5006.4
ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0032002c
