Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)

Hi

Can someone help me with this "Exception number: c0000005 (access
violation)" message and then a Doctor Watson error log?

Excel (or my computer) seems to cause this at random times. Most recently
with excel closing through a VBA command from access. I'd love to supply
more information to someone who might know about this confounded error.
