Exchange 2000 and Mac Outlook 2001 problem with attachment files.

Hi !

Have this strange problem.

Users can send mail without any problem.
But when the mail has attachments, then the mail just ends up inside the
queue. And it won't deliver the mail. After some time it will be a non
deliverable mail and deleted from the queue.
This even for the same recipient.

It's Exhange 2000, and Mac clients with Outlook 2001.

Anyone knows where to look.

Is this problem affecting only your Mac users? Do they receive notification
that their messages are undeliverable? If so, can you post this information?

Also, have you checked that virus software running on your server may be
causing the problem?

Thanx! bill

Hi Charles!

FYI, I've replied to you privately as well but for the sake of others I'll
respond here too.

Check back in the microsoft.public.exchange.clients newsgroup to see if
someone there can offer a solution. I've cross-posted your question there.

This sounds like a server-side problem and we'll have better luck finding an
answer in that group.

Good luck! bill
