Exchange 5.5 & OL 2003 Business Contact Manager

Can OL 2003 Business Contact manager run with Exchange 5.5 SP4? IF not,
what's server platforeem is required?

It does not work with any exchange accounts in the profile. It's not a
server tool, it's client side and can be used by anyone who doesn't use an
exchange account.
