i am looking for code in vb or .net that let me Loop into all Accounts mail.

Could someone help please...

Do you mean proxy addresses of the current EX user? Or the addresses in GAL?

Use Namespace.AddressLists in the Outlook Object Model or
Session.AddressLists in CDO 1.21 to loop through all containers and their
contents.
