I need clarification on the difference between "Contacts" listed in entourage under my Exchange tab, and Address Book as listed under "Folders on my Computer" tab.

When I click on an email and add the contact, it seems to go to my address book. When I Click on the Address Book Icon in the toolbar it goes into "Contacts".

I am confused and do not know how this program is set up.

Hi,

I need clarification on the difference between "Contacts" listed in
entourage under my Exchange tab, and Address Book as listed under
"Folders on my Computer" tab.
The ones On My COMputer are stored locally and do not sync with the
server. It's for POP and IMAP account.
The one in your Exchange account syncs with the server.
When I click on an email and add the contact, it seems to go to my
address book. When I Click on the Address Book Icon in the toolbar it
goes into "Contacts".

Check which one it goes to.
I kept the habbit of not adding anything to the local one and I keep on
my contacts in the Exchange account (allowing me to have all my contacts
on the server and sync with any computer, etc.)
