When i bring up my "E-mail Accounts" window, my exchange
mail box does not appear under the "Outlook processes e-
mail for these accounts in the following order:" list.
Consequently I cannot change to turn off cached exchange
mode. The exchange mailbox is listed as the location to
which new emails will be delivered. How can i make my
exchange mailbox appear in the "Outlook processes e-mail
for these accounts in the following order:" list so I can
turn off the cached exchange mode.
