Exchange migration

We recently moved from an old Exchange server named "emailserver1" to the
latest Exchange server named "emailserver2". We have 100s of users. Is there
a simple of way (scripting, etc.) changing the old name to the new name
instead of manually entering into each machine?

Leave the old Exchange server up and running til all the users/mailboxes
have logged in to Outlook at least once - if you're still in the same
Exchange org they should "automagically" find the new server.

Use outlook profiler if too late.
