Exchange not being updated with Entourage changes

Yesterday, suddenly, changes I make in Entourage (deleting messages, moving messages to other folders, etc.) aren't reflected on the Exchange server. I moved some messages out of the inbox and into folders and noticed on OWA and iPhone that those messages weren't in the folders and were still in the inbox.

I've restarted Entourage, as well as my computer. I've rebuilt the database, and deleted the folder cache. And of course, I've selected Send/Receive for the account.

Any ideas what's going on??

Did you just reset the folder(s), or did you reset the entire server
cache?

You can also try deleting the account and re-creating it, once you back
up the items you need to sync back to the server.

Adam, thanks for the reply. I believe it was the entire cache I cleared. I've also tried right-clicking on the folder in question and choosing "Synchronize now" without luck.

When you say "reset a folder, what do you mean?"

When you say "reset a folder, what do you mean?"

You can either control-click a folder and empty its cache, or
control-click the server name and empty all the folders' caches.
