Outlook 2007 (12.0.4518.1014) Connect to Exchange server, with no
other connections. User receives multiple copies of the same
message. The normal remedy for this is to delete the users Outlook
profile, delete all associated files (*.ost, etc), then create a new
profile with a different name. I never like the fix but it does seem
to solve the issue. One user has had the problem repeatedly, I think
today is the 5th time. Anyone have a better fix?
