Exchange Outlook calendar viewing anomaly

Greetings,

I have something strange going in my Exhcange Server 2003 SP1 with a
Outlook 2003 SP1 client.

I have one user who can not see two resource calendars (conference
rooms). On the scheduling tab the resource shows with a hash (like
this / / / / /) through the time bar.

Interestingly he can open those resource calendars via File, Open, Open
other users folder. However when he tries to schedule a meeting with
himself his calendar is hashed out!

This is only happening to him for two resources.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
