Exchange server intercepting emails

I have a client on my network who cannot send emails because the
Exchange server on the network keeps intercepting her emails. I've checked
her machine against everyone else's and everything seems the same, so there
should be no problem. Yet she keeps getting a 550 error saying she's not
permitted to send email to that particular address. Yet there's nothing set
on the Exchange server that would single her out.

Can anyone give me an idea what might be causing this?

There's a million and one places to look, could you specify where exactly I
should look for this? Are we talking the user account properties?
