Exchange server outbox folder stays full

Hello, The outbox folder on my exchange server stays full and keeps growing
even though local outbox folder is empty. It is taking up 95MB of space
causing me over the limit issues. How can I prevent the server outbox folder
from retaining sent items. Thx.

Using Outlook 2007 on Vista with Cached Exchange Mode.

Were this happening to me, I'd be speaking with the Exchange admin.
