exchange server over internet

ISP's are blocking port 135 which outlook uses to connect
to exchange server. Is there a workaround to solve this
issue?

You should never have had that port open in your firewall anyway for
security reasons. You may already have unwanted guests on your network.
Implement VPN and tighten your firewall security....
