Exchange server unavailable even though it says it's connected

I just set up a new account called Test, Resource and I was able to connect
to it in outlook. I can send and receive email just fine. However, when I
go to Tools>>Options>>Calendar Options>> and then click on Resource
Scheduling it gives me the error "The connection to the Microsoft Exchange
Server is unavailable. Outlook must me online or connected to complete this
action."
Outlook does say that it's connected, though. I tried taking it offline and
then reconnecting and that didn't work either. I tried it on another
computer, too. This is a Microsoft Exchange account in Outlook 2003 on
Windows XP.
