Exchange stops working after SP2 Need some help

I noticed after the SP2 patch from Microsoft was installed
I am unable to work with The exchange server. Anyone know
how to fix this issue. I can receive mail but unable to
Create new mail and reply the messages in my inbox. If
someone could please shed some light my way I would
greatly appreciate it. Thanks
