Exchange Sync Issue

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange Hello,

My Entourage client will not sync deleted or moved messages in my inbox. It sends and receives messages and calendar events without issue.

Any suggestions?

Update to my post:

I emptied my cache in Entourage
I deleted my Preferences file
I checked for software updates (there were none)
I installed EWS

It still didn't work.

I talked to my company's MIS dept. about the problem, they looked at the computer and couldn't see why it didn't work. They said they made no changes to the server. A co-worker with the same setup has had no issues.

I read in another post someone with a similar problem writing they thought it was related to a corrupt message. Well, I deleted the messages from my inbox that arrived around the day this all started and now it is syncing properly again!

I emptied my cache in Entourage

Did you delete the *Exchange* cache, triggering the contextual menu at
the root of the account to see the properties and do it from there?
