Exchange,WSS,and Project on same server

I realize that this is probably not the best idea, but a client of ours wishes us to install all of these products on the same server. We have gotten it to the point of installing all 3 products on the server and have not been successful with the final step (of course). The steps to this point were

1) Server 2003 Enterpris
2) Active Directory instal
3) SQL Server 2000 instal
4) Exchange 2003 instal
5) Sharepoint Team Services install
6) Configure security as instructed to allow both Sharepoint and Exchange (web) to coexist (article http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;832769
7) Install Project Server 200
The problem is connecting to ProjectServer fails authentication and sends us to the Log on page
We tried to reapply the Kerberos Authentication based on same article but no success

Any pointers ?

I have a pointer but I bet you already know it...Get another server. :)
