Excluding a cell from the print area

T

Tim Richards

I need to exclude a cell from printing on my report. This cell happens to be in the center of my worksheet. I want the cell to be displayed on-screen, but not on the printed report. I can create mutiple print areas around the cell on my spreadsheet, but I cannot get them to print together on the same page. I also attempted to edit the cell values on the page setup sheet tab, but no luck there either

Any Ideas

Tim

Hi Tim

Make the font white before you print

See the example on this page

Thanks Ron, but this spreadsheet will be going to our service engineers, and I can't take the chance that they won't forget to change the font color before they print. I have considered making a macro that does just that prior to printing, but I wanted to see if there was an alternate method
