I am trying to update some queries, modules, etc in a database and continue
to get an 'exclusive' error message.
I created the database and it is not accessible by other users (pw protected).
However, there is a table that resides in my database, but is accessible via
another shared database (linked into that database).
Is it possible that, due to users being in the shared database, I could be
getting this message, even though I'm not trying to make changes to the
linked table?
These are the same databases I used when on NT and Access 97. I have only
started experiencing these issues since we moved to XP and Access 2002.
Thanks.
