Can the excel lookup feature move data from cells on other worksheets? I need to create a master worksheet that pulls data from several client worksheets. I also need to display the master on a smartboard.

Lookup functions don't move or copy values, they deliver the value they find as their result.
And yes, they can search other worksheets.
